EClaims will print and submit on paper to those payers that don't accept electronic claims for you. We put the paper claims through the same edit and review process as the electronic claims. Paper claims are mailed within one business day.


Medicare is mandated to pay within 15 business days or begin adding interest. Most payors will pay electronic claims before 30 days, although there is no set rule.


EClaims uses 128 bit encryption to ensure that the data is protected. This is the same technology ATM machines use to process your banking transactions.


Any software that can produce either a HCFA print image or an NSF file will work. Most current software will produce one of these files.
